JSEM signed the Cooperation Agreement on Lithium Salt Production Line with Ganfeng Lithium, planning to deliver the lithium salt production line ran by Yichun Yinli New Energy over to Ganfeng Lithium for independent production, operation and management. On 30 July, Guangdong Weihua issued its semiannual report for 2020 which shows that in H1 2020, the company's revenue stood at USD107.60 million (RMB753 million), a year-on-year decline of 28.95%; with a loss of USD23.86 million (RMB167 million) in terms of its net profit for its shareholders of listed companies, it saw a year-on-year decrease of 385.00%.
