Flood continued striking China in mid-July. The most affected provinces are Guizhou, Jiangxi, Sichuan, Hunan and Hubei Provinces where there are many pesticide producers in addition to phosphorus chemical companies. So far, not huge impact has been caused to the overall supply and price of insecticides by the flood; and it is expected that the supply of insecticides TC products won't fluctuate because of the flood in the future. But not a small amount of insecticide formulation producers are located in the provinces mentioned above, thus the production and transportation of insecticides formulation products may be hindered if the flood continues, which may indirectly influence the demand for insecticide TC and cause temporarily oversupply of insecticide TC products, dragging down prices of some insecticide TC at the end.
