Quintain Steel hikes wire rod prices for September

It's reported that Quintain Steel, one of the major wire rod producers in Taiwan released its list prices for September on August 23rd.

Quintain Steel decided to raise the list prices for all its wire rod products by NT$1,000/ton for September, in order to reflect higher raw material prices.

After the adjustment, its prices for Al-killed wire rods are at NT$24,600/ton; those for rimmed wire rods are at NT$22,600/ton; those for blast furnace (BF) killed wire rods are at NT$21,600/ton and those for electric furnace (EF) Al-killed wire rods are at NT$22,400/ton.
