CSC cuts steel plate prices for Jul-Aug

China Steel Corp. (CSC), the largest carbon steelmakers in Taiwan announced to cut its list prices for steel plates by NT$300~NT$1,200/ton for July and August.

After the adjustment, the company's list prices of steel plates for general use are at NT$21,700/ton, falling by NT$300/ton; those for SS400/A36 plates are NT$20,500/ton, down by NT$500/ton

Meanwhile, the list prices for hot rolled plates are at NT$20,090/ton, decreasing by NT$1,200/ton; those for shipbuilding plates are at NT$2,750/ton, declining by NT$1,000/ton
