Peru will host next year the second edition of Pacific Alliance's Macro Business Roundtable, bringing together entrepreneurs from the four member countries of the trading bloc.
The announcement was made Tuesday by Peru's Export and Tourism Promotion Board, or Promperu.
The first Macro Business Roundtable will take place on June 19-20 in Cali, Colombia.
Luis Torres, Director of Export Promotion at Promperu, said the Peruvian delegation includes 68 entrepreneurs working in the food, clothing, fishing, manufacturing and service sectors.
For his part, Luis Salazar, head of the National Society of Industries (SNI), said this kind of meetings will help increase trade flows among member countries by 20 percent.
The two-day event will be attended by more than 650 business people from Peru, Chile, Mexico and Colombia.
