Egg price approaches highest this year,
vegetable prices stage slight rebound
According to MOA's Agri-product Wholesale Market Information Network, the Nationwide Agri-product Wholesale Price Index for the 31st week of 2014 (July 28- August 3, 2014) is 205.87 (year 2000=100), up by 0.33 point over the previous week. The Nationwide Non-staple Food Wholesale Price Index is 207.85, up by 0.24 point over the previous week. The trade volume of 60 items in 50 wholesale markets under intensive monitoring is 677,800 tons, up by 2.0% compared to the previous week.
