Selected non-staple food prices – 52nd week of 2013

Animal product prices rise slightly,

 vegetable prices witness a modest increase

 

According to MOA's Agri-product Wholesale Market Information Network, the Nationwide Agri-product Wholesale Price Index for the 52nd week of 2013 (Dec.23- Dec.29) is 199.97 (year 2000=100), up by 1.81 points over a week ago. The Nationwide Non-staple Food Wholesale Price Index is 200.47,up by 2.26 points. The trade volume of 60 items in 50 wholesale markets under intensive monitoring is 597,000 tons, down by 0.5% compared to the previous week.
