ERAMET, a mining and metallurgical company in France said on Monday that its sales profits in the first half of this year totaled €81 million, falling substantially from €366 million in the same period of a year earlier, due to slumped prices of nickel and manganese and worse global economy.
In the first half of this year, ERAMET realized sales revenues of €1.735 billon.
Meanwhile, the firm expected that its production and shipments of manganese would rise in the second half of this year
