Overseas Sales Intern

Summary:

The sales intern serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.

Job Duties:

1, Deal with existing accounts and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule, including calling on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors;

2, Adjust the content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factors;

3, Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers;    

4, Submit sales orders by referring to price lists and product literature;

5, Keep the management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly\annual territory analyses;

6, Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc;    

7, Recommend improvements in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments;

8, Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management;    

9, Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies;

IT Support Intern

Summary:

We are currently looking for talented IT support interns to take care of our computer operations, user and desktop support (hardware and software), helpdesk, and data management. The position indicates a variety of moderately complex information technology support duties to ensure smooth delivery of technology services. Monitor, operate, or coordinate and assist others in the operation of computer hardware, software, and peripherals in order to achieve the desired results.

Job Duties:

1. Provide assistance in the use of personal computer hardware, software, and specialized mainframe technology or operates a multi-platform computer environment or monitors the production scheduling, execution, and successful completion of production jobs;
2. Set up and configure desktop computers, peripherals and accounts assigning security level;
3. Install software and install and repair hardware and peripherals;
4. Test programs;
5. Troubleshoot, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalate to other technical resources as appropriate;
6. Maintain systems, databases, servers and web pages;
7. Administer user accounts;
8. Design and produce basic reports;
9. Set up and submit production jobs and edit/debug computer output;
10. Transfer computer files between platforms;
11. Provide basic troubleshooting, repair and maintenance for computer equipment (e.g. microcomputers, disk drives, and laser printers) and assist with testing personal computers and peripherals on a network to diagnose, hardware versus software
problems;
12. Act as a customer liaison for the computing operation, communicating, resolving, and/or initiating the resolution of problems and concerns;
13. Arrange for distribution of output to customer;
14. Maintain records;
15. Contribute to unit goals by accomplishing related duties as required;

Skills and Qualifications:

1, Bachelor's degree or equivalent with data processing training, computer operations training, or experience in a multi-operating system or production control environment preferred;
2, Related experience with computers and providing customer service in a technological environment;

3, Sound knowledge of a variety of hardware as well as software, programming languages, and operating systems;

 

Channel Development Intern

Summary:

The Channel Development position wins, maintains, and expands relationships with assigned channel partners, based on geography, channel, or market. The Channel Development position is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives. The Channel Development position represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned partners though may focus on a specific solution or product set if focused in a partner vertical market.

Job Duties:

1, Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts;
2, Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations;
3, Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts;
4, Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship;
5, Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis;
6, Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources;
7, Manage potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement;

Summary:
