The market prices of stainless steel keep tumbling for five months in a row with slack nickel prices.

The Taiwanese stainless steel mills also decline their domestic prices by around NT$1,000~NT$1,500/ton for July.

Most steelmakers indicate the stainless steel price in the third quarter of 2012 would be dull by the low-price dumping from China.

Additionally, the stainless steel price is strongly affected by dropping nickel price on LME, which has been down to US$16150/ton on July 6th. It is expected that the market would be standstill in next few months.
