Reportedly, Handan Steel, a state-owned iron and steel enterprise has made it public that the company produced a total of 45,179 tons of cold rolled (CR) steel coils and sheets in March, including 36,000 tons for overseas customers.
It is said that the major foreign client of Handan Steel's CR steel with automotive application is Switzerland-based Duferco Group, the world's largest steel trading concern with trade volumes of 16.5 million tons per year, including more than 9.6 million tons of flat, long, and specialty steel products, and nearly seven million tons of iron ore, coal, coke, and other raw materials
