Rizhao Steel announced today to cut purchase price for II grade metallurgical coke by 30 yuan per tonne to 1,320 yuan per tonne (base price, delivered to plant), according to SteelHome mill sources.
The Shandong-based steelmaker also refused to offer discounts for large orders.
The prices above are 17% VAT included and effective from April 25, 2013
