Huge nickel reserves discovered in Chinese Xinjiang region

It's reported that 1.56 million tons of metal reserves has been found near Pobei and Xuanwoling in Ruoqiang County in China's Xinjiang autonomous region, according to the China's Ministry of Land and Resources.

It's known that the metal incudes 1.28 million tons of nickel, 220,000 tons of copper and 60,000 tons of cobalt.

The China's Ministry of Land and Resources set up the Central Geological Exploration with Ministry of Finance in 2006 in order to develop the mineral resources in the country.

Meanwhile, it's learned that 53 large-medium sized mines have been found in China until now.
