On June 13, CNPC and China CO-OP Group (CCOOPG) inked four cooperation agreements in Beijing, marking further advancement of the framework agreement between CNPC and All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperation (ACFSMC). CNPC Chairman Jiang Jiemin and Board Director of ACFSMC Yang Chuantang attended the signing ceremony. CNPC President Zhou Jiping and Deputy Board Director of ACFSMC Gu Guoxin, who is also CCOOPG Chairman, delivered speeches respectively.
CNPC and ACFSMC have a long-term and close cooperative partnership, especially in the fields of
fertilizer
and agricultural plastic films. The four newly inked agreements mainly involve retail of refined products, non-oil goods, and mechanical part processing for drilling and production equipment. Based on these agreements, the two sides are expected to expand cooperation to multi fields such as finance and agricultural machinery.
China CO-OP Group is a wholly-owned enterprise group of ACFSMC, with its business covering agricultural inputs, cotton products, renewable resources, rural supermarket, agricultural products logistics, real estate and financial services, international trade, and tourism & hotel. At present, China CO-OP Group has 15 wholly-owned or holding subsidiaries.
