On February 27, an online human resources management system was applied throughout CNPC.

Establishment of the online human resources management system was initiated in March, 2006. The system became operational at 125 CNPC enterprises and institutions in December, 2008, after try out in selected enterprises, preparation and application. As a unified management platform, the system provides services related to human resources management including management of organization, human resources and salary. Online operation of this system will be helpful in improving our human resources development and management.
