Selected non-staple food prices –44th week of 2013

Prices for most animal products remain stable with a slight decline

while vegetable prices keep stable generally with a slight rise

 

According to MOA's Agri-product Wholesale Market Information Network, the Nationwide Agri-product Wholesale Price Index for the 44th week of 2013 (Oct. 28-Nov. 3, 2013) is 202.45 (year 2000=100), decreasing by 0.65 points over a week ago. The Nationwide Non-staple Food Wholesale Price Index is 203.33, down by 0.83 points from the previous week. The trade volume of 60 items in 50 wholesale markets under intensive monitoring is 561,300 tons, basically flat with a slight rise compared to the previous week.
