Cermaq appoints Einar Wathne as new COO

Cermaq has appointed deputy chief operating officer (COO) Feed, Dr. Einar Wathne, as its new COO, with responsibility for the feed business unit, EWOS.
With the appointment, EWOS is set to continue its strong market position based on comprehensive knowledge development.
"Einar Wathne has both tremendous experience and knowledge of the organisation and the industry, and with his professional background, he can further develop EWOS in a good way, says Cermaq''s CEO, Jon Hindar.
Einar Wathne has been with EWOS since 1986. He holds a PhD in fish nutrition and has worked as a researcher, and later, in various management positions in EWOS. Einar
Wathne has been Cermaq''s deputy COO Feed since 2006.
