LNB International Feed to sell Suriname feed facility
LNB International Feed B.V. is selling its 51 percent share of LNB Surimix N.V. feed mill in Paramaribo, Suriname, to Benie Rice N.V.
The transaction is expected to close by mid-October.
Benie Rice N.V. will also buy the remaining outstanding shares of LNB Surimix that are owned by Nutrivest, which has a 49 percent stake in LNB Surimix.
Netherlands-based LNB International Feed B.V. is a subsidiary of Cargill, which has operated the Suriname feed mill since early 2007, when it acquired the facility as part of a larger acquisition of LNB feed mill facilities and assets in Romania, Russia, Poland and Holland.
