Trouw Nutrition teams up with Aimco
Trouw Nutrition, which is part of Dutch feed and animal health conglomerate Nutreco, feed has signed an agreement with Arabian International Marketing Company Ltd (Aimco) in Saudi Arabia.
The two companies will work together on the production and sales of premixes and feed additives in the Gulf area.
Trouw Nutrition will bring the technical knowledge on production and quality control. A new company Saudi Feed Mix will be established to facilitate the production and sales of the premixes and additives. A new premix mill will be built near Riyadh.
Construction will start at the beginning of 2009 and will be in production in October.
Saudi Feed Mix will use the technology of Trouw as well as use the brand name FARMIX, which is owned by Trouw Nutrition.
