Higher grain futures on CBOT on October 9
On October 9, grainfutures were mostly higher on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Meantime, December's delivery of wheat has dropped 14.50 cents to US$4.9325/bushel, while corn was 1.50 cents higher at 3.4275 cents per bushel. Soy for November have advanced 7 cents to US$9.42/bushel.
A lower figure was reported for beef while pork was higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
December's live cattle dropped 2.18 cents to US$1.6587/pound. November's feeder cattle was 1.40 cents lower at US$2.4152 a pound. Lastly, December's lean hogs were 0.45 cent higher to US$.9562/pound.
