Soy shipments underpin Brazil's agricultural exports in July
Brazil's agricultural exports reached US$9.61 billion in July this year, with soy products accounting for 41% of total sales.
Of the total exports, livestock products accounted for 22.2%, worth US$2.13 billion. Products of vegetable origin accounted for 77.8%, valued at US$7.48 billion.
Soy product makes up the largest export in July, with sales of US$3.94 billion, representing 41% of total agribusiness exports. Meat product comes at the second, with sales of US$1.66 billion.
For sale of meat, chicken products reached US$772 million, beef totalled US$690 million, while pork generated US$139 million.
