Selected non-staple agri-food prices – 17th week of 2016

Pork and egg prices rises slightly while vegetable prices continue to fall

 

According to MOA's Agri-product Wholesale Market Information Network, the Nationwide Agri-product Wholesale Price Index for the 17th week of 2016 (April 25 – May 1, 2016) is 210.58 (year 2000=100), decreasing by 3.79 points from the previous week. The Nationwide Non-staple Agri-food Wholesale Price Index is 213.74, decreasing by 4.58 points from the previous week. The trade volume of 60 items in 50 intensively monitored wholesale markets is 575,900 tons, decreasing by 2.3% from the previous week.
