  Having served as Director of Tianjin Cucumber Institute, Member of Science and Technology Committee of Ministry of Agriculture, Asia Pacific Region Development Manager of global renowned seed company, Dr. Ma has been engaged in cucumber breeding research for the past 20 years and has successfully bred more than 10 new varieties of greenhouse cucumbers, such as Jinyou No. 1, Jinyou No. 3, Jinlv No. 3 and Jinyou No. 30. Compared with traditional cucumber, these new varieties have great breakthroughs with features of heat-resistance and prominent luster, which will make revolutionary innovation in the development of China’s cucumber industry.
